Based on all of the customer reviews posted, the new Sony BDP-S550 1080p Blu-ray Player provides an extremely wide range of needed Blu Ray functions; however, there are a few customers that suggest a few more may need to be added. In addition to the many functions the Sony BDP-S550 1080p Blu-ray Player currently provides, customers recommend adding a slow motion function, zooming, chapter identification, and a few more minor details. Though these customers seem to be pretty adamant on this fact, they do concede that these changes are minor and have rather enjoyed using this product.
